About the Role
Regenerative Research Group is a growing company in the healthcare and biologics space. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO across scheduling, travel, operations, communications, and social media/content.
This is a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. You'll need to take rough inputs and turn them into completed work — independently and with a high degree of professionalism. Strong performance may lead to a full-time offer.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar: meetings, travel blocks, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate scheduling with internal and external contacts (investors, physicians, attorneys, vendors, partners)
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and track open action items
Travel Planning
- Research and book domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transfers, ground transport)
- Build clear, detailed itineraries with all confirmations and key contacts
- Manage multi-person, multi-timezone, multi-country trips; monitor for changes and rebook as needed
Operations & Business Support
- Assist with administrative tasks across RRG and related business activities
- Organize documents, SOPs, agreements, onboarding materials, and internal files
- Help prepare checklists, project trackers, and process documents
Social Media & Content Support
- Turn CEO voice notes, ideas, or talking points into short-form video concepts
- Assist with basic video editing (CapCut or similar), captions, posting, and content organization
- Coordinate with designers, editors, or contractors as needed; ensure content stays on-brand
Communication & Personal Assistant Tasks
- Draft, format, and manage emails and business communications
- Identify urgent items and prevent things from falling through the cracks
- Assist with personal logistics: reservations, errands, research, reminders
- Handle all business and personal information with discretion
- Emotionally steady under pressure

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an executive, personal, or administrative assistant...big plus but not required
- Strong calendar management and travel booking experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to manage competing priorities independently
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
- Possible travel involved...need a current passport
Preferred
- Experience supporting a CEO, entrepreneur, physician, or attorney
- Background in healthcare, biotech, wellness, legal, or sales
- Utah County location
- Short-form video/social media experience
