We partner with medical billing companies, healthcare consultants, credentialing organizations, healthcare technology companies, and other healthcare service providers to help them connect with qualified business opportunities.
We are seeking two more Healthcare Appointment Coordinators to join our growing team.
This is not a cold-calling position where you are expected to build your own prospect list. Access Bionics generates and assigns qualified leads. Your role is to professionally engage those prospects, answer introductory questions, follow up when appropriate, and schedule discovery meetings with our Access Bionics Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Contact qualified leads assigned by Access Bionics.
- Introduce prospective clients to Access Bionics and its services.
- Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Answer introductory questions using approved company resources.
- Qualify prospects based on Access Bionics guidelines.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings with an Access Bionics Advisor.
- Conduct timely follow-up with prospects who request additional information or time.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handoffs.
- Represent Access Bionics professionally in every interaction.

Compensation
This is a 100% performance-based independent contractor position.
There is:
- No hourly wage.
- No salary.
- No base pay.
Compensation is earned by scheduling qualified discovery meetings that are attended by prospective clients.
Current Compensation Structure
- Paid for each qualified discovery meeting that is successfully scheduled and attended.
- Monthly performance bonuses based on production.
- Additional earning opportunities for consistent performance.
Typical earnings range from $350 to $1,350+ per month, depending on production.
Schedule
This is a flexible independent contractor position.
Contractors determine their own work schedule; however, all client-facing activities must take place during Access Bionics' business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Each week, contractors will submit the time periods during which they are available to perform client-facing work. During those submitted availability windows, contractors are responsible for contacting assigned prospects, responding to inquiries, conducting follow-up, and scheduling discovery meetings with an Access Bionics Advisor.
Healthcare Appointment Coordinators do not attend discovery meetings. Their responsibility is to schedule qualified prospects for meetings that occur during Access Bionics' business hours.
Contractors may complete non-client-facing work outside of business hours, such as reviewing training materials or organizing personal work. However, communications with prospective clients—including phone calls, emails, text messages, and other outreach—must not create the impression that Access Bionics operates outside of its published business hours.
When working outside of business hours, contractors should schedule outbound emails and other electronic communications to be delivered during the next business day whenever practical.
Training
Every Healthcare Appointment Coordinator receives structured onboarding before communicating with prospective clients.
Training includes:
- Company overview.
- Service and pricing knowledge.
- Discovery qualification standards.
- Communication guidelines.
- Frequently asked questions.
- Access Bionics Sales Playbook.
- Role-play exercises.
- Ongoing coaching and feedback.
You will not be expected to represent Access Bionics independently until you have successfully completed training.
