Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
The Country Club of Sioux Falls is seeking a creative, motivated, energetic and dependable individual to be an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
Duties include:

Management, training and professional development of all Food and Beverage Staff

Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of all Club House facilities

Resolve conflict with Members and Staff

Develop and implement programs to increase revenues

Manage within budgetary guidelines
-
Health and safety code compliance
-
Liquor and tobacco law compliance
-
Opening and closing of Clubhouse
-
Assist with Banquet functions
-
Help control labor, food, and beverage costs

Maintains Professional appearance
-
Nights and Weekends are required
-
Ability to work 8+ hour shift
Experience in hospitality field is preferred. Flexible hours are required. Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills and extreme energy.
