AK Behavior Analysts LLC is a small ABA company that focusses on providing effective, consistent and safe services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. We seek to take in any client so our clients range from children to adults with various developmental disabilities.

- Behavior Technician Duties:- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children or adults with developmental disabilities such as ASD, Down Syndrome, and Intellectual disability.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors.
- Teach functional skills, such as communication, socialization, and self-help skills
- Turn in documentation and maintain accurate schedules.
- Previous ABA training required
- Bachelors or greater required
- Spanish preferred
