We’re hiring reliable Production Packers to support manufacturing operations by inspecting products, packing finished goods, completing quality checks, and keeping production areas running smoothly. This is a fastpaced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
Inspect products for quality: dimensions, print clarity, seal strength, and jobspec requirements
Pack finished goods into boxes; label, stack, and palletize using slip sheets
Read job jackets and complete routine quality documentation
Maintain clean, organized work areas
Communicate with machine operators, section leaders, and supervisors
Report unsafe conditions and follow all safety procedures
Make minor machine adjustments as needed (training provided)
Attend mandatory meetings
Support team goals and meet production deadlines
Required
- 2 years minimum warehouse or manufacturing experience

Able to work 12-hours shifts

Attention to detail

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand, bend, stoop during full shift

Able to pass drug and background check
