Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive to pick up carry-out orders, providing friendly and professional service.
- Accurately process orders using various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage guest inquiries over the phone with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information and assistance.
- Ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the carry-out desk area
- Handle guest relations with professionalism, addressing questions or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with order packaging and other front-of-house duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster positive interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
