Rita’s Italian Ice is looking for friendly, energetic Treat Team Members to join our team! As a Treat Team Member, you will create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests while greeting guests and serving our signature Italian Ice, Gelatis, Frozen Custard, and other delicious treats. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, manage guest orders, and ensure accurate point-of-sale transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces, restock supplies, and uphold sanitation standards across dining and service areas.
- Keep up with Doordash and uber eats orders
- Upsell and promote menu items, manage cashiering tasks, and handle basic retail transactions with attention to accuracy and math skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth timely service, uphold safety protocols, and deliver a positive guest experience.
