As a Brand Ambassador with Thrive Trail Strategies, you'll become part of AT&T's expansion throughout the Worcester market by creating personalized connections with customers in retail environments. The Brand Ambassador serves as the bridge between AT&T's innovative wireless services and the customers looking for solutions that keep them connected at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador
- Represent AT&T in retail environments through direct customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
- Create positive first impressions that generate interest in AT&T products and services
- Support sales efforts by introducing customers to wireless solutions that fit their needs
- Participate in promotions designed to increase visibility and strengthen AT&T's presence throughout the market
- Build rapport with customers through professional and informative conversations
- Learn and communicate current AT&T promotions, products, and service offerings
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassador team members to support sales objectives and campaign growth
- Track customer interactions and engagement activity throughout daily promotions
Qualifications of the Brand Ambassador
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in sales, marketing, promotions, customer service, or brand representation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in fast-paced retail settings
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, clients, or fellow Brand Ambassadors
- Ability to learn new products, promotions, and sales techniques quickly
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, event marketing, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from our Worcester office location
