Overview
Amerity is seeking a highly motivated, client-centric, and compliance-minded Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager to join our elite advisory team in Florida. In this role, you will transition beyond entry-level outreach to lead holistic financial consulting sessions, architect institutional-grade wealth management portfolios, and convert high-quality warm leads into lifelong advisory clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Holistic Wealth Advisory: Formulate customized, comprehensive financial plans addressing retirement income, asset allocation, legacy planning, and cash flow optimization.
- Lead Conversion & Strategy Consultations: Lead advanced strategy sessions with warm, marketing-generated prospects to understand their complex financial landscapes and demonstrate firm value.
- Portfolio Management: Construct and rebalance diversified investment portfolios aligned with client risk tolerance, temporal horizons, and macroeconomic considerations.
- Compliant Asset Protection: Educate and structure wealth protection strategies utilizing life insurance, long-term care tools, and annuities (where licensed) in absolute compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with existing clients through systematic reviews, cultivating absolute trust, long-term retention, and organic referral pipelines.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensure (Strict Requirement): Valid, active Series 65 or Series 66 registration (or CFP® designation) in good standing. An active State of Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license is preferred but fully optional.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of verified success as a producing Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or Investment Advisory Consultant.
- Advanced Financial Literacy: Profound conceptual and practical grasp of modern portfolio theory, tax-advantaged investment structures, distribution mechanics, and fiduciary duty standards.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill complex financial and macroeconomic theories into clear, actionable client advice.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with institutional wealth workstations (e.g., eMoney, RightCapital, Orion, Salesforce CRM, or equivalent tech stacks).
Pay: From $250,000.00 per year
