Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) Injector to join our dynamic med spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert-level aesthetic injections, including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Your expertise in cosmetic procedures, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure a positive experience for every guest. Duties
- Perform advanced aesthetic injections such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and state regulations.
- Manage client records accurately using salon software systems like Millennium or similar platforms.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product benefits to ensure satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services such as skin treatments to enhance client results.
- Assist with product demos, social media management, and marketing efforts to promote services and build brand awareness.
Experience
- Valid RN license with current registration in Califothis.
- More than 2 proven year of experience performing cosmetic injections, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
- Prior med spa or aesthetic clinic experience preferred; familiarity with Medspa procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of salon software systems such as Aesthetic Record or similar management tools.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards, body waxing, laser treatments, and other esthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build rapport.
