ABOUT DELIA HEALTH
Delia Health is a behavioral health startup bringing evidence-based mental health care to women across the reproductive journey — from fertility and pregnancy through postpartum and perimenopause. We operate within the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), a framework validated by over 100 clinical trials and endorsed by CMS and the American Psychiatric Association, and we partner directly with OB/GYN practices to provide integrated, insurance-covered behavioral health services to their patients.
Our care model pairs behavioral health care managers with a consulting reproductive psychiatrist to deliver measurement-based, stepped care — screening, coaching, therapy, and psychiatric medication management — all coordinated within a single workflow. We are a mission-driven team committed to ensuring that every woman navigating a life-changing reproductive event has access to the mental health support she deserves.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Licensed Provider Licensed Provider (Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Psychologist) to join our growing clinical team in a contractor capacity. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about women's reproductive mental health, thrives in a team-based care environment, and is excited to be part of a mission-driven, early-stage healthcare company.
At Delia you'll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary clinical team — collaborating with a consulting reproductive psychiatrist, behavioral health coaches, and practice partners — with regular case consultation and a shared commitment to whole-person care. Primary responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care across the team and our partner practices.
This is a virtual, contractor role starting at 4–8 hours per week, with a strong likelihood of expanded hours as we grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and ongoing mental health evaluations for patients referred through partner OB/GYN practices
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, IPT, motivational interviewing) via telehealth
- Monitor patient progress using validated measurement tools including the PHQ-9 and EPDS
- Partner with Delia's consulting psychiatrist and clinical team on case review, treatment planning, and medication co-management
- Participate in regular team case consultation and peer collaboration across the Delia clinical team
- Support warm handoffs and care coordination with partner OB/GYN providers
- Coordinate care with other local resources and community mental health providers to support patient referrals, continuity of care, and access to appropriate levels of support.
