Zenith Primary & Urgent Care is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
As the first person our patients meet, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome and register patients
- Verify insurance and patient information
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
- Collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Process administrative paperwork and medical records requests
- Send prior-authorization requests for patient medications and specialist appointments
- Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical front desk, medical receptionist, patient service representative, or healthcare customer service role
- Knowledge of various healthcare insurance plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portugese) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Schedule Requirements
- Must be available for at least 2-3 weekday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM shifts
- Must be willing to work at least two weekend shifts per month
- In-person position located in Marlborough, MA
