At MPower, we provide assistance and empower people with Developmental Disabilities. The position we are currently looking to fill is for a Habilitation Training Specialist (HTS). The direct care duties of an HTS include: cooking meals, light house work, assistance with hygiene, community activity planning, medication administration, goal setting and achievement, independence skills as well as daily charting. HTS starting rate of pay is $15.00 per hour. When opportunities for advancement arise we hire from within the agency.
***We are seeking 2 full time HTS.***
Benefits include: paid vacation and sick leave and health/dental/vision insurance. Minimum qualifications include: 21 years of age, current drivers license, high school diploma or equivalent, clean background and clean driving record.
