In this role, you will set up, maintain, and operate our high-quality offset presses to deliver top-tier products that meet exact client specifications. - Heidelberg 6-Color: UV 74
- Heidelberg 5-Color: XL75 UV
Key Responsibilities
- Set Up & Operation: Efficiently set up and run large-format, sheet-fed presses according to job specifications and tight deadlines.
- Quality Control: Establish precise color quality and maintain strict ink/water balance and color consistency throughout the entire print run.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance. Diagnose technical issues and handle minor equipment repairs on the fly.
- Workflow Coordination: Manage and coordinate the workload schedule to optimize productivity and meet customer delivery windows.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on offset press operation experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Testing Requirements: Must be able to pass standard pre-employment assessments for attention to detail, basic math, manual dexterity, and color vision.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle mechanical adjustments.
Preferred (Big Plus) Qualifications:
- Experience running a Heidelberg large-format sheet-fed presses.
- Strong background working with UV Inks.
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
