Service Dispatcher — Tri Tech Mechanical (Stamford, CT)
Full-Time | In-Office | HVAC Service Department
Tri Tech Mechanical is looking for a highly organized, fast‑paced Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules for our HVAC technicians and ensure customers receive prompt, professional service. You’ll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and the office.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage daily technician schedules
- Prioritize emergency calls and contracted customers
- Communicate with customers regarding arrival windows and updates
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate data in Field Edge
- Support technicians with job details and customer notes
- Assist with incoming calls when needed
Requirements
- Dispatching experience preferred (HVAC/plumbing/electrical a plus)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Computer proficiency (Field Edge experience is a bonus)
- Detail‑oriented and reliable
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
