Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and refreshers.
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for all customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the dining area, restroom, and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage items
- Upsell additional products or menu items to customers to increase sales
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred
- Familiarity with Square or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Ability to accurately run a waitlist and quote guests' wait times
Requirements
Must have Weekday and Weekend availability (no late nights as we close at 4PM everyday)
Must possess a positive attitude and always be willing to learn
