Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic key holder sales associate to help lead our retail operations with enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach. Duties
- Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing retail sales team dedicated to delivering outstanding service
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, pricing strategies, and stock rotation to maximize profitability.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions and cash handling
- Maintain operational standards by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and controlling expenses.
- Provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
Experience
- A background in retail math calculations.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping basics, and operational management.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is preferred for diverse customer engagement.
- Prior experience in retail sales environments such as grocery stores or wireless retail is advantageous.
