We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient staffing and scheduling of our healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling for our healthcare professionals, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing gaps in patient care
Analyze and optimize staffing patterns to improve productivity and efficiency
Develop and maintain effective relationships with our clinical and support staff
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with onboarding new staff members and ensuring they have the necessary resources and training
Collaborate with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
