A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a PRN (as-needed) Home Care position in Cleveland, OH. Enjoy a great work-life balance with a growing Home Care Company serving the Cleveland area.
This is a PRN position. Compensation is $50-$60 per visit, with Speech Therapy evaluations paid at $80 per evaluation.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized plans of care and conduct periodic re-evaluations as required.

Prepare and submit clinical and daily progress notes within 72 hours; prepare periodic summary reports.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
