Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bagging & Packaging Associate to join our growing ethnobotanical distribution team. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging products while maintaining strict quality control and cleanliness standards.
We are in need of someone dependable, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or food production experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weigh and package products according to established specifications
- Operate bagging, sealing, and labeling equipment
- Verify product weights, lot numbers, and packaging accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality control procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to management
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
