Role Overview
As a Field Operations Manager, you will leverage your leadership experience to command frontline operations. Instead of just managing spreadsheets, you will directly oversee, schedule, and lead our field clinicians (nurses and therapists). Utilizing our proprietary, AI-driven charting and capacity software, you will bridge the gap between technology and human execution to ensure flawless patient care.
What You Will Do
- Lead & Command: Provide direct oversight, leadership, and accountability for field clinicians to ensure timely, high-quality patient visits.
- Optimize Schedules: Manage clinician capacity and scheduling data using our proprietary AI-assisted software.
- Build Relationships: Actively engage with clinicians to pull additional operational capacity during high-demand or busy periods.
- Drive Accountability: Maintain a high-performance standard where patient care comes first and low performance is aggressively routed out.
Candidate Profile

- Military Leadership Experience: Ideally, you are a transitioned or transitioning Non-Commissioned Officer (E5 to E7). Your rank-earned ability to manage personnel, adapt to shifting environments, and execute a mission is exactly what we are looking for.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding high performers. We are looking for elite talent and are entirely open to adjusting financial packages upward for top candidates.
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (Flexible based on experience and quality).
- Total Compensation (All-In): $80,000 – $90,000+ inclusive of performance-driven bonuses.
- Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k), and 12 days of PTO annually.
- Gear: Full remote equipment setup provided (including laptops and monitors) if applicable.
