Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the RN or physician.
- Assist with care planning and implementation.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and support CNAs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire LPN License
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Local candidates only
