Responsibilities:
- Welcome and build rapport with customers on the lot and online
- Present vehicles and deal options in a confident and professional manner
- Create accurate and engaging vehicle listings across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, DealerCenter, website)
- Assist customers through the purchase process while ensuring a smooth handoff to finance
- Capture customer photos and reviews to strengthen our online presence
- Keep the vehicle display area organized, clean, and retail-ready
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive, confident, and customer-first mindset
- Ability to present deals clearly and overcome objections
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Sales experience is a plus (training provided)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
