Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of various vehicles.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to closing and financing.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
