We are looking for experienced sales professionals who can sell software to business owners and operators in the trades.
The role
As a TradeVulcan Sales Partner, you will work qualified prospects, run software demos, manage follow-up, and close new customer accounts.
This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor role. It is best suited for someone with prior B2B sales experience who can manage their own pipeline and confidently speak with owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Work assigned and/or claimable prospects inside the TradeVulcan sales platform
- Review prospect history, source data, AI outreach notes, and pipeline stage
- Contact prospects and decision-makers
- Book and run product demos
- Identify pain points around lead follow-up, missed calls, CRM workflows, website conversion, and sales pipeline management
- Present TradeVulcan clearly based on the prospect's business needs
- Move opportunities through the pipeline
- Log notes, next steps, demo outcomes, and sales activity
- Close new customer accounts
- Maintain a professional, consultative sales process
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience required
- SaaS, CRM, marketing automation, or software sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling to small businesses, contractors, agencies, or home service companies is a plus
- Comfortable with remote sales and video demos
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Able to work independently as a 1099 sales contractor
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Professional written and verbal communication
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation is commission-based and paid according to the commission plan provided during onboarding. Commission may be based on closed/won accounts, subscription revenue, setup fees, or other eligible sales events defined in the plan.
No base salary or hourly wage is provided.
