THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Talent Assistant to join the team. This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder across talent management, brand partnerships and day-to-day operations. We are a growing agency and this is a genuine opportunity to grow with us, take ownership and make your mark from day one.
- Support day-to-day management of a curated creator roster
- Handle inboxes, scheduling and campaign logistics
- Support the execution of brand partnerships
- Work directly with the founder on talent strategy and development
- Bring your own ideas and initiatives to the table
- Provide general admin support across the business

- Organised and detail-first
- Clear, confident communicator
- Commercially minded with a problem solving attitude
- Someone who takes initiative and brings ideas without being asked
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Canva and general computer literacy
- A genuine passion for the creator and entertainment space and where it's heading
