Compensation:
$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
What You’ll Do
As a Foodservice Sales Representative, you will manage a sales territory and work directly with:

Foodservice distributor buyers

Distributor sales representatives
-
Key customer accounts
Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow new and existing business

Call on distributor buyers and support distributor sales reps in the field

Introduce and promote new food and disposable products
-
Build relationships with key accounts and decision makers
-
Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and training events
-
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity and customer updates

Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competition

Provide regular updates on account activity, opportunities, and challenges
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role—not a desk job.
Qualifications:-
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- CRM experience preferred
- We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma
- You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Required Qualifications

Must live in the Chicagoland area

Valid driver’s license (no DUIs)

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Preferred Experience

3–5 years of foodservice industry experience (broker, distributor, manufacturer, or culinary background)

Sales or account management experience

Experience calling on foodservice distributors or key accounts strongly preferred
