Front of House (FOH) duties include but are not limited to:
- Be in tune with Bruxie’s culture, missions and values everyday
- Approaches guest questions and requests professionally and in a friendly manner
- Maintains friendly, helpful, positive attitude
- Thorough knowledge of call cashier duties and responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assisting the kitchen fulfill orders
- Can multitask and prioritize duties to benefit Bruxie’s service standards
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Lifting up to 20lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
- Collaborate with other team members in tasks to insure overall guest satisfaction

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and handle cash transactions with precision
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling menu items and maintaining food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize revenue opportunities through friendly suggestions
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols
- Support food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform food preparation and basic cooking tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Experience with cashiering, upselling, and sales techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order accuracy
- Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key

Compensation: Base Pay + Tips!
