Job Summary
The Land Administration Specialist supports land administration activities through ownership administration and record management. This role assists with maintaining ownership and land records, organizing documentation, supporting owner inquiries and providing support for land-related activities. This position offers an opportunity to develop foundational knowledge of oil and gas land administration while supporting projects and business activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing ownership changes, including deeds, probate documents, trusts, transfers, and related documentation
- Assist with owner inquiries and correspondence via phone and email
- Support account maintenance activities, including address changes, tax documentation, and account updates
- Help maintain ownership records and supporting documentation
- Support document management and filing processes to maintain organized and accessible records
- Assist with special projects, due diligence efforts, and other business initiatives as assigned
- Perform general administrative and research tasks in support of land administration activities
Qualifications
- Previous land administrative, owner relations or division order in oil and gas experience is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Pay: $24.50 - $35.00 per hour
