Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Guarantee: $1,100/day

The Opportunity
This part-time pediatric dentist role offers flexibility, autonomy, and leadership in a purpose-built pediatric facility. The associate will:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care
- Lead scheduling, workflow, and systems for the pediatric office
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with Rockside Dental leadership while focusing on clinical excellence

- Separate entrance, reception, admin team, breakroom, and doctor’s office

Ideal Candidate
The ideal pediatric dentist is:
- DDS/DMD with a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
- Board eligible or board certified
- Eligible for Arizona dental licensure
- Clinically confident, ethical, and patient-focused
- Team-oriented and aligned with a collaborative, supportive culture
- Interested in establishing a long-term presence in Tucson
