Price Davis is growing, and it's an exciting time to join our winning team. We are looking for reliable, motivated candidates to work in our technical service department as a Field Service Technician. In this vital role, you will have a fulfilling opportunity to support restaurant owners and other foodservice operators who use Henny Penny cooking equipment. With support services such as technical service, preventative maintenance, and equipment start-up and training, you will help our clients protect their brand promise with their customers. Henny Penny is a global brand of premium foodservice cooking equipment used by several of the world's top fast-food restaurant brands.
We would welcome those candidates with a technical service background and an ability to work up to 10 hours a day and work out of town to apply.

Required Experience / Qualifications
- Has legal authority to work in the United States
- Can pass a drug screening
- Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Can communicate effectively through written and oral communications
- Has prior foodservice equipment (hot side) service experience
- Can demonstrate a working knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical systems
- Can demonstrate proficiency of necessary computer skills (email, internet, Word, Excell, Outlook)
Job duties to include:
- Troubleshooting and repair of in-warranty and out of warranty Henny Penny commercial cooking and hot food holding equipment for fast food, restaurants, supermarket, convenience stores throughout the Carolinas and Georgia
- Communicate with customers and branch offices regarding the status of repairs
- Complete service orders in ServiceFusion
- Return replaced warranty parts on time to Price Davis
- Maintain vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Henny Penny equipment start-up and training
