What You Need

Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance professionals in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong fundamental knowledge of industrial multi-craft maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Fluid Power, and Robotics).

Ability to interpret downtime data and communicate technical trends to cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.

General knowledge of Automated Systems and calibration requirements.

Preferred: Proficiency in Omron PLC programming and robotics.

Familiarity with Quality & Environmental standards (IATF16949/ISO14001).
Travel
Neither domestic nor international travel are required for this position.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Ability to work within a climate-controlled, highly automated facility with established safety protocols, moderate noise levels, and a concrete floor layout

Ability to pass respirator fit test and, as needed, occasionally wear a half-face or full-face respirator while supervising or assisting repairs within regulated spaces.
Work Environment
The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing plant with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic. The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees, management, customers and suppliers.
