PSA is building a bench of Assistant Coaches to support our after-school youth football program across Richland School District Two. This is a great entry point for a high school athlete or recent grad who wants real coaching experience without a full weekly commitment.
Responsibilities:
Assist a Lead Coach for one session per week, rotating between schools based on where help is needed that week. Support elementary-age athletes during training. Represent PSA's standards for coaching and youth safety.
Compensation:
Flat rate of $12 per session - with a real path to becoming a paid Lead Coach as you gain experience.
Qualifications:
High schoolers (16+) or recent grads with a sports background. Reliable, good with kids, comfortable in a school setting. Background check required (PSA covers screening).
