What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business
- Own the front end of the sales cycle
- Build relationships with business owners nationwide
- Identify client needs and match them with financial solutions
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and daily activity in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to close deals
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent grads or career starters eager to break into sales
- Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented personalities
- Comfortable on the phone and willing to hustle
- Strong time management and organization skills
- B2B experience is a plus — not required

Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $105,000+ OTE (base + uncapped commission)
