We are expanding! Creative Hair Solutions is looking for a talented, licensed esthetician who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating outstanding client experiences. We are looking to expand our current salon to offer luxury facial and skincare services to include any/all of the following: facials, makeup applications, lash extensions, skin treatments, scalp treatments, waxing, microblading, etc. Current clientele preferred; we’d love to help you continue serving them in our beautiful space – as we are offering brand new services to our salon and you will need to grow your own client base. Looking for a schedule to meet your current lifestyle? Flexible days and times available, preferable 2 or 3 days minimum. Pay structure is a 50% commission on all services. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and scalp treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct skin analysis using advanced tools to recommend suitable treatments and home care routines aligned with client needs.
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and packages to meet client needs while fostering long-term relationships.
- Collect context for social media posts.
Experience
- Valid Pa Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, etc
- Strong understanding of sanitation protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards within a spa setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse clients.
