Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable carpenter to join our remodeling team. The ideal candidate has experience in residential or light commercial construction, can adapt to changing priorities on the job, and enjoys creating beautiful, lasting results for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry work
- Assist with demolition, installation, and cleanup as needed
- Follow project plans, drawings, and schedules accurately
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Use mobile software (CompanyCam) to document progress and communicate project details
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Licensed and insured
- Owns basic hand and power tools
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Basic construction experience (framing, trim, or remodeling)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic software (training provided)
- Positive attitude and ability to “go with the flow” when plans change
