Axiom Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual Line Lead for a 2nd shift warehouse position. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a packaging line, guiding a team of associates, and serving as the communication link between associates and management.
Responsibilities
Set up and organize lines and workstations for order fulfillment at the start of each shift
Lead a team of associates through the prepping, packing, and palletizing of orders for freight and small package shipping
Serve as the primary point of contact for all associates working on the packaging line
Train associates on proper procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
Translate between English and Spanish speaking associates as needed
Monitor line performance and report updates, concerns, and incidents to management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience in a leadership role (line lead, team lead, or similar)
Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Must be available Monday through Friday on 2nd shift, including overtime as needed
