Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Account Manager / Recruiter to support client relationships and full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and managing employees while maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to both clients and employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with current client accounts
- Conduct regular client check-ins, site visits, and workforce follow-ups
- Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for open positions
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and recruiting platforms
- Coordinate onboarding processes including orientations, background checks, drug screenings, and employment paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee and client records within the CRM/ATS system
- Communicate with employees regarding schedules, attendance, payroll, and workplace concerns
- Resolve employee relations issues and assist with disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment laws
- Monitor attendance, turnover, and employee performance for assigned accounts
- Assist with workers’ compensation reporting and incident documentation when needed
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to meet staffing goals and deadlines
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Previous staffing and/or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems/CRM software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
