Member Duties : The Community Engagement Specialist VISTA will strengthen CRCD’s organizational capacity to support community-centered work in South Los Angeles by building internal systems, tools, and processes that enable coordinated and sustainable engagement with partners and stakeholders. This role does not involve direct outreach but provides a meaningful opportunity to contribute to long-term community impact. The Community Engagement Specialist VISTA will develop internal engagement plans, stakeholder tracking systems, asset maps for partnerships, feedback tools, facilitation guides, and reporting templates that support initiatives related to affordable and permanent supportive housing, workforce development, education, and access to capital. The Community Engagement Specialist VISTA will develop a standardized system, written procedures, and data-organization framework that staff can use to organize and maintain engagement-related information consistently across teams.
