Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Residential Skilled Laborer who is ready to take their skills to the next level.
This role is ideal if you:
- Have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in general construction and remodeling
- Already know your way around basic tools, job site safety, and fundamental construction techniques.
- Are hungry to learn advanced craft techniques from seasoned professionals.
- Take pride in your work, show up on time, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities
- Assist lead carpenters and tradespeople on high-end residential job sites.
- Execute job site preparation, protection, and daily cleanup to white-glove standards.
- Perform general tasks including framing prep, trim work support, drywall patching, material handling, and basic demo.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an eager, solution-oriented attitude and learn company standards quickly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years of verifiable experience in residential construction or trades.
- Strong working knowledge of basic hand/power tools and building materials.
- Reliable transportation (ability to commute reliably around Bellevue and Mercer Island).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High level of dependability, punctuality, and professionalism around homeowners.
- Physical ability to lift 65+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors/indoors in varying weather.
