WFQ has a direct-hire position for a Material Handler Supervisor available for a customer in Olive Branch, MS.
This is a swing shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, or 5 PM to 1 AM

Job Summary for the Material Handler Supervisor:
The AMT Team Lead is responsible for overseeing cross-dock shipping and material flow operations during their assigned shift. This role acts as a working leader, ensuring that daily shipments are executed accurately, safely, and on time. Additionally, the Team Lead supports team members, supervisors, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring shipment completion in a dynamic and changing environment. Communication with Central Planning.
- Planning logistics
- Communicating with the Planning team on part shortages, reporting safety incidents, or quality concerns
- Quarterly workshops, Leadership training, and must be willing to learn or operate the yard truck
Experience:
- 10 Years of manufacturing experience
- 10 years of leadership experience
- Supervisors experience managing up to 5 people
- 10 years forklift expereince
