Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Painter - Crew Lead to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has strong painting experience, enjoys leading others, and wants to be part of a company that values quality work, professionalism, and a positive team environment.
The right person for this position is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping guide a small crew through daily tasks while keeping projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a crew of 2-4 painters on residential and commercial projects
- Help organize the daily schedule, job flow, and project priorities
- Oversee work from start to finish to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching, taping, and masking
- Apply primer, paint, stain, and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces
- Assist with job site setup, protection, and cleanup
- Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship
- Follow all company guidelines and safety procedures

Qualifications
- Prior painting experience required
- Experience leading or managing a crew is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of painting tools, materials, techniques, and best practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation
