We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Day Porter / Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing
- Service multiple commercial properties throughout the day
- Remove litter and debris from grounds, parking lots, and common areas
- Replace trash bags and maintain dumpster areas
- Move and dispose of bulky items and furniture
- Perform general property clean-up and maintenance tasks
- Assist with roof cleaning and debris removal when needed
- Tow and operate a company trailer safely
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on the day's assignments
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
- Able to work at a fast pace throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Experience towing a trailer is preferred or willingness to learn
- General maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus
- Speaks, reads & understands English
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to:
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the workday
- Lift and carry 50+ pounds safely
- Walk and stand for extended periods
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Load and unload equipment and debris
- Access roofs and perform cleaning tasks when required
