Summary:
Build your skills in a hands-on Maintenance Technician role supporting essential production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting facility systems
- Pay: Up to $27.00/hr
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm (Must be able to train on 1st shift for first 3-4 months)

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including boilers, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and water systems
- Assist with equipment setup, teardown, and troubleshooting to support production needs
- Complete calibrations and maintain accurate maintenance records for all work performed
- Interpret basic electrical diagrams and apply mechanical, plumbing, and welding knowledge
- Support facility improvement projects as directed by the maintenance and engineering team
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or technical environments preferred
- Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP – standards ensuring product quality and safety)
- Basic knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS – documents outlining chemical safety information)
- Ability to read diagrams and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and move heavier materials with assistance
