Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and elevate HR function. This newly expanded leadership role will focus on building HR processes, supporting company growth, and driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys creating structure, leading teams, and making a lasting impact in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead all HR operations across approximately 600 employees at multiple production and fulfillment sites.
- Design, implement, and improve HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Manage payroll using Paycom.
- Lead and mentor an HR Generalist and HR Administrator, with plans to continue growing the HR team.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, compliance, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development.
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Paycom experience preferred.
