As part of our Fairport, NY production team, you’ll combine precision soldering with hands-on work across multiple cells to hit daily production goals without compromising quality.

C Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Onboarding: Train on A Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for a minimum of 2 months before transitioning to C Shift

Carry out detailed soldering of electronic components

Operate equipment such as hydraulic presses, drill presses, and welding machines
-
Rotate through various work cells to maintain smooth production flow

Package finished products and keep a clean, orderly workspace

Follow established quality procedures and engage in continuous improvement

High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
At least 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience

Proficiency in soldering techniques

Comfort in a production setting with daily rates/targets

Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

Ability to use hand tools and basic measurement devices

Lift up to 20 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
