Position Title: Temporary Office Administrator
Location: Greenfield, IN
Employment Type: Temporary (Full-Time)
Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and service-oriented Office Administrator to support our clients corporate office on a temporary contract basis. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming, organized, and well-stocked office environment while providing general administrative support to leadership and employees.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience. Strong English communication skills are essential, as this role regularly interacts with executives, employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers.
Primary Responsibilities
· Maintain beverage stations, coffee areas, and snack stations throughout the office.
· Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies daily.
· Organize and maintain kitchen, break room, and common areas.
· Coordinate catering and meal orders for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
· Receive and verify food deliveries.
· Set up and clean up conference rooms before and after meetings.
· Ensure meeting rooms are stocked with beverages, supplies, and presentation materials as needed.
Administrative Support
· Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner.
· Assist with scheduling conference rooms and meeting logistics.
· Order and maintain office supplies.
· Coordinate with vendors regarding office services and deliveries.
· Process incoming mail and packages.
· Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation.
· Support special projects and general administrative tasks as assigned.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
· Identify facility issues and coordinate with building management when appropriate.
· Ensure common areas consistently present a positive impression for employees and visitors.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in an office administrator, administrative assistant, office coordinator, hospitality, or executive support role.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (required).
· Professional appearance and demeanor; Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities independently.
· Previous experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic office technology.
· Strong customer service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds when stocking office supplies and beverages.
