J's Var-B-Q is looking for a full-time Shift Leader to help with the daily operations of the restaurant. This position will be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant, as well as overseeing employees.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the manager, customers and other staff members.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate team members both by example and with instructions.
- Knowledge of food service or restaurant best practices is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Must have manager's Servsafe or obtain it within a month of being hired.
