Who We Are
NINE10 Concierge and NINE10 Properties provide boutique property management, concierge, residential cleaning, and vacation rental services throughout coastal southeastern North Carolina.
We are known for our professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and treating every property as if it were our own.
What You'll Do
Every day is a little different.
Our team cares for both vacation rental properties and private residences throughout the Wilmington area. Depending on the day's schedule, you may be preparing a vacation rental for arriving guests or providing exceptional cleaning and home care services for our residential clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing vacation rental homes and residential homes to our standards
- Making beds and beautifully staging vacation rental homes for arriving guests
- Providing recurring and one-time residential cleaning services
- Inspecting each property for quality before completion
- Reporting maintenance concerns or damaged items
- Restocking supplies when needed
- Helping ensure every homeowner and guest enjoys an exceptional experience
You'll work throughout the greater Wilmington area, with many of our vacation rental properties located in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, along with residential clients throughout New Hanover and Brunswick Counties.

Compensation
This position begins as an Independent Contractor (1099).
Training starts at $18.00 per hour.
As you become more proficient and demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, independence, and professionalism, your compensation will increase accordingly. We believe in rewarding people who consistently produce excellent work and contribute to the success of our company.
