We are an established apparel company selling prom, evening, and mother-of-the-bride gowns. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Associate with UPS WorldShip experience to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
- Generate pick tickets
- Generate packing slips
- Ship orders to retail stores using UPS WorldShip (required)
- Assist with international shipping (DHL experience a plus)
- Verify order accuracy, addresses, and shipping methods
- Communicate shipping updates/tracking via email (must be able to write clear, professional emails)
- Answer phones with good phone etiquette
- Take orders over the phone and assist customers as needed
- Basic data entry; Excel knowledge is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
- UPS WorldShip experience is REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years shipping/fulfillment/order processing experience
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Customer-oriented with good people skills
- Good command of English; bilingual is a plus
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up with minimal supervision
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus
